The PIRTECH sandwich panel system with a rigid polyisocyanurate foam core (PIR) in metal cladding from Pruszyński Sp. z o.o. includes wall profiles with visible fastening (PWS-PIR-ST), wall profiles with concealed fastening (PWS-PIR-PL), roof profiles (PWD-PIR) and cooling profiles (PWS-PIR-CH).

Basic module widths of the profiles:

  • Wall profile with visible fastening and cooling profile 1150 mm,
  • Wall profile with concealed fastening and roof profile 1050 mm.

The connections (“fasteners”) used in the wall profiles have a conical shape, which has an effect on the following:

  • Saving time and minimizing the risk of damage during installation;
  • Ensuring correct water and air tightness;
  • Improving the properties in the area of fire resistance and fire behavior;
  • Increasing the load-bearing capacity of the panels;
