Description
The WOOLTECH sandwich panel system with a rigid mineral wool core (MW) in metal cladding includes wall profiles with visible fastening (PWS2-MW-ST), wall profiles with concealed fastening (PWS2-MW-PL), roof profiles (PWD2-MW) and eco-profiles (PWS2-MW EKO).
Basic module widths of the profiles:
- Wall profile with visible fastening 1000 mm and 1150 mm;
- Wall profile with concealed fastening 1000 mm and 1050 mm;
- Roof profile with visible fastening 1000 mm and 1070 mm;
The connections (“fasteners”) used in the wall profiles have a conical shape, which has an effect on the following:
- Saving time and minimizing the risk of damage during installation;
- Ensuring correct water and air tightness;
- Improving the properties in the area of fire resistance and fire behavior;
- Increasing the load-bearing capacity of the panels;
External flat profiling (P) is only possible for sheet thicknesses over 0.6 mm.
